Monday – Cottage pie, salad on the side.
Tuesday – Spanish pork stew with tomatoes, peppers and chorizo with rice and green beans.
Wednesday – Mediterranean pasta with sun-dried tomatoes and basil.
Thursday – Sausage casserole with mash.
Friday – Fish stew with crusty bread.
Saturday – Soup/ Sandwich lunch, Steak and mushroom pie with sweet potato mash
Pudding ideas – yoghurt, fruit, jelly, rice pudding, apple crumble, stewed fruit, squares of dark chocolate.
Breakfast ideas – overnight oats/bircher muesli, yoghurt with granola and fresh fruit, pancakes, dippy eggs, toast with avocado, bacon roll, croissant with jam, smoothie.
