Number Eight in Sevenoaks have shared with us their Cosmopolitan recipe so you can try it out at home or pop into their restaurant and they will make one for you!
Ingredients
35ml Grey Goose Citron (a lemon flavoured Vodka)
15ml Cointreau
40ml Cranberry Juice
10ml Lime
Method
Combine all ingredients into your shaker with ice.
Shake vigorously for 10 seconds
Strain into chilled glass
Express orange twist (peel) over glass
Use twist to garnish
