Sevenoaks Medical Centre Free CPR training

Learn crucial CPR skills at Sevenoaks Medical Centre on Thursday 23rd March.
Sevenoaks Medical Centre is hosting a free community event to teach CPR skills. Knowing how to
perform CPR is an important skill that saves lives, and is a skill that everyone should know. Currently
less than 10% of people survive an out of hospital cardiac arrest. But CPR can help improve those
odds. If it is performed in the first few minutes of cardiac arrest, CPR can double or triple a person's
chance of survival.
The training will be led by Jamie Morrison, Sevenoaks Medical Centre’s Clinical Skills and Lead
Resuscitation Officer. She will be teaching CPR skills throughout the evening.
This free event is open to everyone over the age of 10.
Please drop in at any time between 4.30pm and 7.30pm.
Location: Sevenoaks Medical Centre, Beadle House, London Road, Sevenoaks TN13 2JD
Refreshments will be provided.
Free parking.
