At SLJ we are pleased to be able to offer two NEW STOTT pilates classes. Monday and Thursday 9.15-10.15 During our one hour class you will enjoy an exciting range of mind and body exercises. The principles of Pilates is to strengthen the Core muscles deep in your Abdomen, back and joint attachments. Being strong in these muscles helps to increase joint mobility, improve your flexibility, posture, balance and coordination. It can also help you to breathe more efficiently, aiding relaxation and relieving muscle tension, backache and stress. No previous experience is needed to join this class, everyone is welcome, regardless of age or ability.
