Founder Bio

Dr. Victoria Elasic, Ed.D.

Dr. Victoria Elasic holds a Doctorate in Innovative & Organisational Leadership and is a qualified teacher in both the United Kingdom and the United States. She is professionally trained in coaching through Loyola University Maryland and the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and certified by the American Montessori Society (AMS).

Victoria has over twenty years of experience supporting children, families, educators, and leaders. Her background includes serving as Director of a private Montessori school in the United States and teaching graduate-level courses at Loyola University Maryland and Wilmington University.

She is delighted to bring her expertise to Kent through Oak & River, helping individuals, families, schools, and organisations create environments where people can flourish.
