Nutty banana lollies

Who doesn’t love an ice lolly? These are dairy free and with none of the additives or nasties found in commercial ice cream. We’ve been getting through quite a few while perfecting the recipe and they are going down a storm!


Makes 8 ice lollies

4 ripe bananas
2 large dates
2 tablespoon nut butter. We used Pip and Nut cashew butter
250ml almond milk


  • Blitz all the ingredients in a high speed blender until smooth
  • Pour into ice lolly moulds and freeze until frozen


These are definitely a treat – but with no artificial sugars, preservatives or additives – you can ensure you are treating your children in a very natural way. I bet they don’t even guess they are healthy!
